چکیده

The butler matrix is one of the passive feeding networks used with array antennas to form beams. There are several advantages using this beamforming network. One them that it easy manufacture, and other low in cost. Butler structure consists three microwave components. These directional hybrid couplers, phase shifters, crossovers. A crossover a component cross between two lines high isolation them. This article presents microstrip for use designed 5G applications. has been presented was simulated. proposed operates at 4.5 GHz mostly FR-4 substrate. dielectric constant substrate 4.3 thickness 1.57 mm. size 62.8 x 27.8 mm^2. reflection coefficient level permissible order be utilized network application. return loss value 26.09 dB GHz. Same time 22.78 dB.

DESIGN OF MULTIBAND MICROSTRIP PATCH ANTENNA FOR WIRELESS 1 GHz TO 5 GHz BAND APPLICATIONS WITH MICROSTRIP LINE FEEDING TECHNIQUE

—In recent years many studies are concentrated on multiband micro strip antenna structures for important purposes in wireless communication systems, medical imaging, and radar sensor resolution. In this paper, we printed a square radiator patch on FR4 substrate material. The relative dielectric constant was 4.4, and the thickness of the substrate material was 1.6 mm. The patch was fed by a tran...

Design of a 2.4 Ghz Cmos Low Noise Amplifier for Wireless Sensor Network Applications

This paper presents a design of 2.4 GHz low noise amplifier (LNA) for wireless sensor network (WSN) applications using CMOS 0.13 μm Silterra process. The proposed LNA employs a self-biased inverter to obtain high gain and able to operate at low supply voltage. The simulation results indicated that the proposed LNA achieves an input return loss (S11) of -37.7 dB, output return loss (S22) of -28....
